Each ClearCalc page implements a single published clinical formula. The formula name, guideline source, validation cohort information, and applicability boundaries are displayed next to every result, sourced from a reviewed facts file rather than generated text.

Formula implementations are verified against published guidelines; clinical narrative is drafted with AI assistance and reviewed for factual accuracy against primary sources. Pages under review carry an explicit pending-review marker and are not promoted to production until review completes.

ClearCalc does not provide diagnoses, staging determinations, or treatment recommendations. All tools are informational and do not replace clinical judgment.
